Starting in Healthquest version 3.2.00, users can now send Alerts from their mobile devices.
To access Alerts, users can tap on their name in Healthquest Online:
Here, you’ll see three new Alerts options: Active Alerts, PANIC Alert, and Create Alert.
Tapping Active Alert will bring you to the new Alerts section in Healthquest Online. Here, you’ll be able to view any active alert:
If enabled in your database, you’ll also see the option for a PANIC Alert. Tapping this will start a 5-second timer before automatically sending out the panic alert:
You can tap Cancel Alert within those 5 seconds to cancel the alert, or you can tap Create Panic Alert Now to send the alert immediately.
Once sent out, Healthquest will notify all users of the PANIC alert:
If enabled in your database, you’ll also see the option for Create Alert. Tapping this will open a new window where you can select any of the Alerts currently configured in your clinic’s database:
Once sent out, Healthquest will notify all users of the alert.
