We’ve made it even easier to save files sent by a patient via Patient Messaging. Now, attachments sent by a patient through Patient Messaging can be indexed into their chart!
Access the patient’s message, open their attachment, and select (* Choose Type to Index File *):
Select the applicable type and click Save:
The attachment is now indexed and available within the patient’s chart under Scanned and Linked Documents:
How easy was that?!?!
