You can copy a previous chart note from the patients file to save on charting time.
From the template selection window, choose a chart note from the bottom right side:
Once you have selected the chart note to copy, the text will appear in red:
Click on the field to either acknowledge you want to keep the copied information, or you can make any necessary changes prior to pressing Save.
