Microquest Business Continuity and COVID-19

On March 11, 2020, the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic. The next day, Alberta Health reported 23 confirmed cases in the province.

While the current risk to Alberta is low, as per Alberta Health’s COVID-19 website, this has not stopped us from responding.

Microquest has been closely monitoring the situation, and we have implemented multiple measures to ensure the protection of our staff and the continuity of our business.

As our clients are physicians and medical professionals in clinics across Alberta, we know the importance of ensuring Alberta’s healthcare professionals have the support they need, when they need it.

We want to assure you that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure Microquest’s business continuity.

Every member of our team can work remotely, if required, to ensure you and your clinic will continue to receive any support you require.

We are also closely adhering to Alberta Health’s COVID-19 prevention and preparation recommendations to ensure the protection of our staff, their families, and every Albertan.

We will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as needed.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at 780-438-3762.
