As of March 23, 2020, Alberta Health has implemented new, temporary billing codes for virtual care related to COVID-19
As of March 12, 2020, Alberta Health has implemented new service and diagnostic codes for conversations related to COVID-19
We have been informed that any missing claims assessments have been processed and are now available.
To obtain any missing claims assessments, simply download them as you normally would.
We have received word that some individuals have not yet received their claims assessments for the January 3rd, 2020 payment.
We anticipate any missing claims assessments will be returned by next week.
Please note: there will be no Alberta Health reconciliations this week (Dec. 23-27, 2019).
Reconciliations will resume next week (Dec. 30, 2019).
